Food
Face Off Exclusive Functions has a simple philosophy, this is commitment to a sustainable process of sourcing our food and beverages locally, when in season as fresh as possible. We believe in supporting local farmers, suppliers, and companies to strengthen our local economies.
As a successful local business we are mindful of our buying power, and use it to give back to the community that has supported us over the past several years. We recognise that buying locally and in season is also common sense, and part of what makes us leaders in the hospitality market.
Drinks
- Nothing shouts “party” quite as loudly as Champagne, cocktails, beers, wines, Whiskeys, Gins, Cognac & Cigars. We take drinks very seriously, that’s why we have a resident Chief mix & match Mixologist (that’s a professional title!)
- Cocktails get us excited, and we’re big fans of customised concoctions that represent the mood of a party or the personalities of a person or group. We love creating and mixing new flavours to induce wow factor moments through over the top garnishes and ingredients
Wines
- In wine, we trust! It’s a great thing that we’re professionals in the field of wine tasting and connoisseurs in the art of the finest wines. Each season we carefully curate our wine and beverage packages choosing only but the best vintages from wines around the world. You don’t believe us? Ask our onsite sommelier. You will be intrigued by our wine varietals.
